How long does it take for my order to arrive?

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within Germany:
Delivery time is usually 1–3 business days . Shipping is via DHL , and you will, of course, receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping within Europe and worldwide:
For international shipping, delivery takes between 7–21 business days , depending on the destination country. We also ship with DHL and provide tracking so you can keep track of your order at all times.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship our orders within Germany , within Europe and worldwide – reliably and securely with DHL .

Danger:

There are no customs duties or import taxes within the EU, but they may apply outside the EU.
Please note that import VAT and customs duties vary from country to country, and you are responsible for paying these fees.

Please note that outside the EU, customs delays may occur, over which we unfortunately have no influence.

Are there any shipping costs?

Free shipping for orders over 40€

  • EU:

4.99 € (insured and including tracking)

Free shipping for orders over 80€

  • Worldwide:

8.99 € (incl. tracking)

How can I track my order?

As soon as the delivery has been sent, you will receive a tracking number from us with all further details and a link where you can track your order.

Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for your shipment to be tracked.

RETURNS

How do I get a return label?

Unfortunately, we do not provide you with a return label and you must therefore write the address on your package yourself.

You can find all information about returns in our cancellation policy.

Are there any costs for return shipping?

Yes, you have to cover the costs of returning the item. Please understand this.

Where do I have to send the return?

Write us a short message using the contact form here, with the keyword return. We will then send you the return address immediately.

How long can I return the products?

After receiving the goods, you can return them to us within 14 days.

How long does it take to process the return?

Processing your return usually takes two to three weeks.

In what condition must the item be returned?

We only accept returns for new and unworn jewelry in its original packaging.
If your order is defective or a piece of jewelry is missing, this must be indicated on the contact form before returning the item. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.
